NewBEMF is a unique educational and community music festival, held annually in the stunning seaside resort of St. Andrews, NB, just 60 minutes over the US border from coastal Maine.
NewBEMF, hosted by the St. Andrews Arts Council is also unique in its focus on combining college-level academic classes for credit through Millikin University (Decatur, IL) with pre-professional performing opportunities and significant community involvement.
